Well our lucky winner of the cute maiden voyage t-shirt of their choice is……..Sandy. Yay.
But lets talk about Etsy. There are literally thousand of tiny stores in the Etsy storefront. Apart from the unique brilliance of your items for sale, you need to have a catchy name. I myself will find a shop I like, and then never be able to find it again, because I can’t remember the name & keep forgetting to hit the ‘Favorite’ button.
So what makes a good name? Well I’m going to be super biased. I love a pun, it just never gets old for me. Plus, I find it super easy to remember a good one. For no particular purpose at all I will now share with you some of my favorite Etsy pun-tastic names.
Sew much detail
Hide and Sheep
Plumb crazy (counts as it’s run by a Miss Plumb)
so Jewlish
But my two favorites are ’60s style craft emporiums: Maybe it’s the decade, but come on. . . let me know, is there any name better than–
“Tie-dye For”
“Knot-just-Macrame”
?
Before I leave you for the weekend, however, I want to report an awesome piece of inspiration: a diligent reader— let’s call her “Leah”, because thats her name— did not allow my rubbish tutorial on the Bird Art to stop her . . . look at what she made:

Hope to see you next week
